I would suspect this isn't the last you'll be seeing of this. Its not just about whether a tech should know where a screw is or isn't... thats just a simple example case. If they keep VIN specific records a tech could see in real time if the PCV valve he's looking at is the factory original or was replaced last year. It could tell him the torque setting instead of being lazy and just winging it. It could tell him that the o-ring MUST be replaced if he chooses to remove that solenoid (but it's ok, you have 3 in stock, go for it)... or or or... the possibilities are endless.
